Agreement

By creating an account and using our gym-management service, you (the gym owner or an authorised member of your staff) agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Using the service

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the service lawfully, to only upload member and gym data you are entitled to use, and to obtain any consents required from your members for storing their information. You must not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or misuse the platform.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Fees, billing cycles, renewals, refunds and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase. You remain responsible for fees accrued before a cancellation takes effect.

Google Sheets integration

The Google Sheets sync is an optional feature. If you enable it, you authorise the service to create a single spreadsheet in your own Google Drive and to keep it updated with a read-only copy of your gym data (Members, Payments and Trainers) so you have a live backup and export you own and control. The sync is one-way — data flows from the app to the sheet only — and the app never accesses any other files in your Google Drive. We use the access you grant strictly for this purpose, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect the integration at any time from your settings or from your Google Account permissions, and doing so stops all further syncing. The integration is provided as a convenience “as is” — you are responsible for how you use and share the resulting spreadsheet.

Data and content

You retain ownership of your gym and member data. We process it on your behalf to provide the service and handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for complying with the laws that apply to your handling of member information.

Liability and changes

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update the service and these terms from time to time — continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
